What skills, experience and qualifications do I need to apply?

We’re looking for graduates who display effective communication skills and who feel comfortable working in an informal, agile environment.
You will have completed or be in your final year of studying a degree level qualification. For our Software Developer roles, we require a STEM degree and ideally, you will have demonstrable programming experience.
