FINBOURNE Technology appoints Francesca Lubbock as its new Chief Operating Officer as part of its continued growth strategy

In her new role, Francesca will support the next phase of the company’s commercial growth. Francesca will also work closely with FINBOURNE’s Senior Leadership Team to align operational goals with the company’s long-term vision.

Francesca brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, operational efficiency and business growth from within the fintech space including leadership roles at ZoomInfo, high-growth startups, and a prominent hedge fund. Francesca played a pivotal role in driving business transformation, revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency at these companies.
